What you need to know about purchasing a sauna.

• What size do I need? The Alpine Model has room for 2- 3 Adults. The Weekender Model has room for 4-6 Adults. Both are made of Western Red Cedar. The primary difference is The Alpine has a 6’ Diameter barrel whereas The Weekender has a 7’ Diameter. The Alpine is 4’ in length and The Weekender is 6’ in length.

• Which options/extras would I like to add? A changing room adds a 3’ room separated by a cedar wall/door with hooks and shelves to store towels, robes, and more. It also acts as a buffer to control the temperature in you sauna better. A Shingle Roof will help protect your sauna from rain and snow. While your sauna is built to withstand the elements, and roof adds protection and gives your sauna a unique look. A Porch offers a place of rest after a session in your sauna. Choose a custom color for your sauna.

• Choose your heater. The Huum Drop Heater is our most popular heater. With a large stone capacity and its beautiful design, this heater provides the best sauna experience. We offer more economical heaters such as the Harvia KIP. We also have Natural Gas/Propane and Wood Fired heater options.

• Delivery. Our Saunas are available for pick-up at one of our locations or we can deliver to your home. Unlike other sauna companies, your sauna will be delivered fully built. No need to hassle with putting it together. Delivery charge depends on where you are located at.

• Payment Options. You can choose to pay in full or, Woodland Earth offers Rent-to-own options as well. View our RTO page to learn more about this.

• Heater Installation. We recommend that you hire a licensed electrician to install the heater in your sauna. Most contractors will provide this service for between $300 - $800.
